At Shop Designer, we understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please review our policy below.

🕒 Cancelling an Order

You may request to cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or dispatched.
To request a cancellation, please email us at [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible.

🚚 Orders Already Dispatched

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, you may still be eligible to return the item in accordance with our Returns Policy.

📦 Refused Deliveries

If you refuse delivery of your order without prior cancellation, the item will be returned to us. A delivery and restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.

🔁 Items Not Eligible for Cancellation

The following items cannot be cancelled once purchased:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Personalised or altered products
  • Items purchased via store credit or exchange
💳 Refund Process

If your cancellation request is accepted:

  • Your refund will be issued via your original payment method
  • Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
